* Give back to those who have righted you, give back to those who have wronged you (at least your forgiveness), give to those you do not know, give back to Mother Earth
* Devote daily to the study of Self
* Pay attention to what moves you and be moved
* Speak with the animal kingdom
* Anoint yourself Queen, King, creator of your world, daily
* Give thanks, daily
* Be nourished by the nectar of the sun
* Pause to smell the flowers
* Stop overthinking and be in service to others
