A New Architecture of Leadership

Hello, sweet family, and welcome new members to my Rose Letter.

I am so incredibly grateful to be sitting here right now, writing to you- I have been anticipating this moment for weeks! Usually, I share my rose-letters more frequently, but the last two months have been a wild initiatory journey and I am only now coming out on the other end.

Two plus months ago I was on my way to Mexico, preparing for our one-month in-person New Earth Priestess Training. I am still digesting this experience, distilling the copious teachings and integrating the very real cellular shifts that have happened. It was far from what I could have imagined- quite honestly, it was much bigger, deeper and tougher than I had anticipated. The following qualities are my mantra as I recalibrate into a new embodiment of mySelf: Grace- Integrity – Balance.

What I will share today is a summary of some of the important moments and processes of the training and what I have learned from this experience in hopes that it can inspire and be of value to you.

It was through guiding the New Earth Priestess and Leadership Training—where 22 women said ‘yes’ and showed up wholeheartedly to the initiation—that the essence of the ‘New Earth’ began to reveal itself to me: What is the New Earth, and what does it truly mean to be a priestess and leader of this New Earth? 

Through our steadfast prayer and intention, we created a potent field, a portal, where we became receptive vessels of a brand new consciousness; we became Earth Consciousness. It was far from an easy journey and to arrive here, at this precise inner frequency and coherence within the group, demanded hard work. This was the part I had miscalculated: I genuinely believed that by holding and embodying a clear and loving frequency myself, those who entered my field would naturally attune to it, merge with it, and meet me in that same vibration. It was wishful thinking, yet offered an important insight: the collective, which I feel our group of women was a microcosmic representation of, still has a way to go. What does that mean? The healing and purification processes- ancestral, emotional, karmic, psychological, physical – are real, the programs and pain run deep; often unconscious. So, before meeting in a harmonic and christ-alline frequency, there was ‘work to do’- we had to face ourselves. Through deep womb work, self-reflection, inner-child work, stillness, prayer, meditation, and purification practices, we journeyed into the core essence of our being to ‘see’ what was there. Often, it was not pretty or comfortable- yet, we were invited to face it, see it and transform it with loving awareness. Again, it was no easy feat. Ego constructs rose strongly, protecting identities, fearing their complete dissolution. It wasn’t always fun and remembering Don Miguel Ruiz’ Agreements throughout: don’t make assumptions and don’t take anything personally, was absolutely crucial, because, at times, it felt like being caught in a battlefield of projections.

How to trust the process even when it gets messy, overwhelming, and uncomfortable? Navigating these ‘crunchy’ moments resulted in the awakening of a whole new template of firmness, trust, and strength.

I know I am not making this sound romantic, and the truth is, much of it wasn’t. Yet, it was necessary, and what emerged on the other side, after coherence within and amongst the group was found, was pure magic. The day after we arrived in harmonic coherence, our honorary guest, Mamo Haté Jose—from the Kogi (Kágaba) community of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia—arrived with his liaison, Franz Flores, to join us. The black rose on our altar became a palpable manifestation as distant worlds met: new earth priestesses of a modern society and an indigenous shaman from an unbroken lineage of wisdom keepers. The profound presence and prayers of Haté moved us all into wonder, remembrance and newfound compassionate devotion and connection to our Earth. I’ll share more of his teachings in time, but for now, I can say this: these unforgettable days together were a true templating of the New Earth. We met an Earth walker, a Sky walker, a voice for our Mother Earth—and through the exchange of our time together, we felt even more deeply her aliveness, her heartbeat, her song… and her suffering.

The Kágaba people refer to themselves as the ‘Elder Brothers’, guardians of the Earth and caretakers of spiritual balance. They consider the industrialized world—the ‘Younger Brothers’ and say we are disconnected from nature and have forgotten true and right relationship with her. Today they warn us that our exploitation of the Earth is leading to ecological destruction and that returning to a path of respect and reciprocity with the natural world is essential for us to continue living life on this planet. What will happen if the ‘Younger Brothers’ don’t awaken from their slumber and continue this mistreatment?

As I mentioned earlier, the training initiated a profound shift in consciousness- from an individual to a shared Earth consciousness. With that shift came a hard truth: the collective’s neglectful, dishonouring and disrespectful relationship with the Earth. To become sensitive to the unjust and harmful behaviour toward our living, breathing Mother was overwhelming. Since the training ended, I have been on a roller coaster with my health, and I believe the ‘sickness’ stemmed from tapping into the pain and suffering of the Earth and her body. The physical purge I’ve been personally experiencing feels like a direct result of merging into this shared field of consciousness; my body responding to a deeper awareness of the collective neglect and abuse of our Earth and HER BODY. My healing journey has been a literal cleansing of all the ‘incoherent/ unhealthy’ bacteria and parasitical energy that lived within me. Is my experience a reflection of the experience of our Earth? Is our Earth feeling sick and will she cleanse herself of the parasites that pollute her?

I ask her—Earth Mother—does the unconscious action of our humanity hurt you? Does it fill you with rage? This dialogue has taken me all the way back to the origin story of our human race and to reflect on some of the most existential questions of life. I’ll transcribe these musings to share very soon— it is so deep, the timeline when distortion first implanted itself into the human psyche. Today, this manifests itself in the corrupted relationship one has with oneself (the lack of self-love and abusive behaviour towards oneself), which then projects further—into unhealthy and disconnected relationships with each other, and further into the mistreatment of our Earth. The neglect that exists towards our Earth directly reflects the sad state of many people’s inner dimensions and the depth of suffering that is happening quietly and unseen within the landscapes of the human body, mind, and heart. Our humanity has forgotten who we are, what we are, and where we come from. Earth is calling us home—to remember our original source blueprint: children of the Divine Mother.

Are we making her sick OR is she, Mother Earth, of a higher intelligence and not subject to human action?

Bashar talks about a ‘growing glass wall’ which explains that as humanity shifts into higher vibrational states, individuals begin aligning with parallel realities that reflect their frequency. Over time, this creates a divergence where people operating at different frequencies may share the same physical space but no longer perceive or interact with each other—like being separated by a thickening glass wall. Perhaps this understanding gave me permission to believe that the Earth would shift frequencies together with my own evolution. Yet, now, I recognize that I may have been ‘bypassing’ something very important, too easily overlooking or forgiving unjust and disrespectful behaviour. Our Mother Earth is alive and she is one big, beautiful body. We have a responsibility to speak up for what is true, especially when our voice and our truth can mitigate harm. I have been shaken and awakened to see with new eyes, realizing that we need to take action and be a voice to support the restoration of balance on our planet. If not, she, Mother Earth, will ‘take care of it’ and cleanse herself- this is what the Kágaba speak of, urging us to wake up before it is too late.

My heart knows that our Earth is far wiser than we can possibly conceive, and that everything unfolding is part of a divine plan. Perhaps the part of me that feels pain and rage is simply the part within me that is still wounded—and she, in her great love, is gently reflecting those wounds back to me. There is a long, age-old history of the mistreatment and neglect of the sacred feminine, and perhaps I still carried this pain in my bones. Perhaps it has been a gift to see the hurt that still lived within me so that today I can consciously command: ‘Mighty, I am presence, come forth,’ (Saint Germain) and gracefully release the memory and old stories from my being.

I am still processing and marinating in it all – thank you to be witness of the dialogue and reflections. I am curious, what do you feel?

I can quite literally write a book here- I hope you are engaged, moved and enjoying this piece that I am sharing from my heart. Again, I will share more in coming rose-letters, including the Kágaba concept Shikwakala, the web of life, what modern science calls the electro magnetic field- it is all truly so fascinating. I can sense a point of resonance here and feel not only a responsibility to share but also deeply moved to share, bridge and weave realms- like the black rose, a bridge in all & every direction (heaven and earth, ancient and modern, nature and matrix, +). It feels very important to mention: as much as we received and learned from Haté, Haté also received and learned from us. There was an equally important exchange, and we realized that: we both need each other. The New Earth is a co-creation, a coming together of new and the old where both participate, inform and create the next moment, the next rose petal, of our evolutionary journey as embodiments of divine on Earth.

The stewardship of a New Earth is not to manifest a physical ‘New’ Earth, rather, it is to see her with full awareness of her present condition today. It is our responsibility as ‘leaders of the New Earth’ to restore reverence to her- individually and collectively. We must reawaken to the very alive essence of her being, returning to right relationship and reciprocity with her.

A New Architecture of Leadership

There is a new type of leadership emerging, a new inner and outer architecture of Being- New Earth Leadership. Here is a short summary of some of the most important qualities that this new form of leadership embodies.

•  This leadership requires us to be radically honest with ourselves and every & all-thing. Can you be courageous & brave enough to see it all—the whole picture—without bypassing? Do you believe that only through awareness more truth, clarity and a deeper union with God is possible?
•  This leadership is so firmly rooted in the knowing of our divine nature and holy value, that NO-thing outside of us can knock us from our devotion and connection with God. There will be objection and projection—especially when your voice becomes louder, and more truthful. Disagreement is inevitable and we cannot be swayed or strayed. Can you remain in your center and connected to the eternal embrace of the Divine Mother in every moment, especially the tough ones? Can you honestly say and feel, ‘I don’t give a fu*k’ when projections storm in? Can you remain steadfast and strong in the gnosis of your own dignity and divinity?
•  This leadership invites us to tune and turn into a new quality of listening. A listening ‘beyond our personal story’- a direct communion with God. Can you recognize the divine ‘insight’ that comes to you? Can you be so bold to take non-negotiable action— knowing it is not only necessary but your responsibility to do so?
•  This leadership takes extreme ownership, fully understanding that when one finger is pointing away, there are three fingers pointing back. Do you believe that everything is a result of your own creation? Can you take responsibility and reclaim your power, understanding that you are the captain of your ship, creating your reality in every given moment? Before you blame others, can you ask, ‘What part of me yearns to be seen and how can I return lovingly and graciously to wholeness?’
•  This leadership can sense harmony versus disharmony and chooses boldly to consistently refine each moment to restore balance, grace and integrity. Can you feel when things are tense, out of balance, or overwhelming- and can you slow down in these moments to recalibrate to your zero point? Can you trust in your intuition, sensitivity and precision to lead you towards your highest timeline? 

Take a moment and ask yourself these questions. Can you welcome these qualities in and refine your way to embody the architecture of the New Earth Leader? I hope ‘yes’, because we truly need to do this together- we must breathe in the remembrance of our sovereignty, together, and rise in humble yet firm leadership.

Can you walk forward with even more Grace, Integrity and Balance?

My intention to share this rose-letter is absolutely not to create a sense of fear or hopelessness, rather it is to bring awareness to what was once hidden. We must shine light upon all the shadows (within and without) to awaken to deeper full spectrum Truths. With this depth and quality of awareness, we are so much more- more capable and stronger.

It is absolutely no coincidence that you are here, that we are here, that our hearts have awakened and met. What a grand time to be alive, and how meaningful  it is to feel connected to something bigger, to be moved, to feel purpose and responsibility! We are the hope for change! We are the answer to so many prayers– prayers of our ancestors and the prayers of the wisdom keepers of old and of today. We have the capacity, the know-how, the understanding and the access to not only be examples of positive change, but to also shepherd a movement of right relationship with the Earth, and restored balance on our planet.

I know, for me, I will move forward much stronger, able and ready. My initiation to activate the New Earth Leader architecture within me has been an absolutely necessary process for everything that is to come. My backbone has been firmed and I am truly ready to show up with new capacity and trust in life. I have died and been reborn. My Isis wings have been restored and are stronger than they every were to carry me forward (I brought my statue of Isis to the training and her wings broke in my suitcase; it was such a powerful and palpable representation of our death and rebirthing process).
